How we work….

In the first instance your call will be answered by Andy Mortimer, Company Director who will discuss your needs with you and arrange to visit you at your earliest convenience. Andy will personally evaluate the work to be under taken and provide you with your quote. With Andy’s extensive experience in the trade he can not only discuss your ideas but advise you about how best to complete your refurbishment within your budget and your schedule. All Trade Contractors has comprehensive Public Liability Insurance and Andy can carry out any necessary risk assessments prior to any work commencing.

When it comes to the refurbishment itself Andy will have briefed one of his hugely experienced Team Leaders who will then be on site daily to monitor the team, the work and deal with any matters that arise during the work and keep you updated with the progress of the refurbishment.

All members of the Team wear uniform so if work is being carried out during business hours they are smart in their appearance and can be easily identified.

Andy will visit during the course of your refurbishment to ensure everything is running smoothly on site and to make sure you are happy with the way the refurbishment is progressing. He will also visit the site at the end of the refurbishment and personally check all the work that has been carried out.

Previous Projects….

All Trade Contractors have previously carried out a large volume of refurbishments in the private leisure industry, in health clubs such as David Lloyd, LA Fitness and Soho Gyms. The refurbishments within such health clubs have included:

*Specialised car park covering

*Decorating Gymnasium & Office Space

*Re-tiling swimming pools & poolside area

*Fitting new showers in the changing rooms

*Laying specialised wooden flooring in dance studios

Although the Leisure Industry is something we specialise in we also have experience in many other sectors including refurbishing Four Seasons Residential Homes, work will shortly commence on the refurbishment of the TFL – London Underground Offices and we’ve even refurbished one of Duncan Bannatyne’s London flats!
